They have one of the worst road records in the league and they beat a playoff contending team away from home that has some of the best defense in the game. Any team not happy with a win against the Bulls is either very humble or hold themselves to some pretty high standards.

Wasnt really the point i was making, maybe 'happy' wasnt the right word, of course nobody is going to be 'upset' that they won big over a solid team on the road. Was just weird seeing how they were acting on the bench, maybe im different than most people but if im 12-26 im not going to be 'happy' or giddy or excited or whatever word you want to use that we're about to win a game no matter who we're beating. That means you pretty much have the mindset that you're supposed to be terrible and it took a mini-miracle to beat that team that you're having an orgasm over. But i guess that losers mindset is probably a big reason as to why they're 12-26 in the first place, as they're not totally devoid of talent or anything.

That's my point exactly. Everyone surrounding the team is calling for changes, the local media is calling out players, I'm sure the players are questioning each other (albeit internally), and I have little doubt the front office in Phoenix is churning out all sorts of rumors of change. For a team like Phoenix that is under performing or straight up not working, a win against one of the better teams in the league can alleviate rumors, validate current decisions, and raise morale - the win can define/impact change. It's a big thing, even if the Bulls never showed up to play.

It sucks as a Bulls fan to see that kind of celebration knowing that Phoenix still will not likely go on to do much this season beyond offer some interesting roster moves or grab a lottery pick, but when the culture surrounding a team has gone rotten - you can't really hold that celebration against any of the players.
