As much as I hate those cowboys (and believe me I do) I still think he hurt us most when he left to help his son at the college level. But what can you do when your son asks for your help. So this bothers me because hes a cowboy now but not as bad as it would of hurt if he left us directly to be the Cowboy DC.

I respect the man for his ability and will remember as are best DC ever. I would like to think that he would of come back to Tampa had we made a position open for him. But I doubt we did.

I hope the Cowboys never make the play offs and that he always regrets leaving the Bucs.

He's one of the best DC's of all time, but I think his days for success are over. Hes on the decline, and don't expect that Dallas 3-4 defense to play any better for Kiffen. The Bucs defense respected Monte for all the years he was here, but in Dallas they just operate on another level(the one and done level). So are we to expect Ware to start putting his hand on the ground? That defense is in for a rude awakening when their told to run the Tampa 2.

I can see Kiffin and Gruden reunited when he's hired to replace Garrett next year.

Good for Kiffin. I wish him the best and hope he can retire on a high note.

I can understand where you guys are coming from, but I can't be too upset at a man that was the genius behind one of the greatest defenses of all time. He'll forever be a legend in my book.

This, all the hate is a joke. Ya he is a cowboy, it sucks but still was great when he was with us. I hope he does great there (just hope the cowboys offense looses games for them..)
