Flu shot does help for sure especially since the flu is a RNA virus and changes over the years, personally
i dont get it. I haven't taken any kinds of drugs for the past three years i let my immune system handle things on its own. Of course im sick for longer periods of time but i think its worth it to not rely on drugs

I was the same way until I got swine flu. That crappy was so horrible I was about 30 minutes from going to the ER.

I was just reading the other day that 800 kids in Europe developed narcolepsy after getting the H1N1 vaccine, and 50 kids in Africa are paralyzed after getting the malaria vaccine.

That was purely coincidental, flu shots are dead flu viruses there is no way you can get sick from it. Bad timing is all.

Sorry bro I have to disagree. If it were just me, then I'd say it was a fluke. But I know several people who have said the same thing in which they all got sick after getting the flu shot. remember, the flu shot is basically injecting a virus in you to have your immune system build up to prevent bigger attacks.
