Ugh bad week, Daughter and wife sick Mon,tues. Son and I sick Wed, Thurs and still not right today. Might try and sweat it out with some sort of workout. Damn fawked up winter in Canada 13c Mon,Tues, Wed. Minus 8 with wind and Snow Thurs Fri, No wonder all of Southern Ontario is so sick this year.

I do not believe in the flu shot. They say you feel a little miserable for a day or two, totally false! I was sick for two weeks!

If you have an already weak immune system, I would not recommend this.

Yes we take it. I use to never take it. Now I recommend it. Kids die from the flu, if you have any I would recommend it. Though I'm no doctor.

That was purely coincidental, flu shots are dead flu viruses there is no way you can get sick from it. Bad timing is all.

Don't get it. I've gotten it in the past, and I wish I didn't. If you look up whats in the shot, you won't want it. Mercury, aluminum, and other proven toxins.

yeah I've gotten a few flu shots, including the H1N1 vaccination and I really regret it today.

Flu shot does help for sure especially since the flu is a RNA virus and changes over the years, personally
i dont get it. I haven't taken any kinds of drugs for the past three years i let my immune system handle things on its own. Of course im sick for longer periods of time but i think its worth it to not rely on drugs
