Looking great so far. I'm excited to see how he will approach the draft. I've heard that he likes to play aggressive when it comes to trading. So that is something to look out for.

Caldwell and our GM Thomas Dimitroff were two of the biggest proponents of the Julio Jones trade among our front office. Actually, all of the recent Falcons personnel guys who were hired away to be GMs have made aggressive moves (personnel and coaches) with their new teams, so your fans can expect a similar approach.

If trying to defend Gabbert from all the crap and nonsense that gets written about him constitutes "having a boner" the boners in your world are pretty small I guess. Same thing with Tebow. Guys I really dont know what the boners for Henne are about. He really wasnt better than Gabbert this year haha I'm looking at both QB's stats this year and I dont see how at all Henne was better. You wanna talk about wins? Henne is 15-29 in his career...He is who he is, a bad QB whos capable of a big game very once in awhile. Blaine can still improve and like I said in the other thread, I find it extremely hard to put a ton of fault on him for last year considering the "talent" we had at the WR position

Alpha Dog has a boner thats from 1,000 viagra on blaine Gabbert. Blaine could improve but i dont see that happening here. he checks the ball down and doesnt take shots deep and really only gives our offense maybe 2 good drives a game if that.

To be fair on Gabbert Mularkey taught Gabbert to check it down. He was coached that way. Maybe if we get a OC in here and tell Gabbert to pull the trigger like Elway told Tebow he might be a better QB. Let him air it out that or pull the trigger that way we can actually know what he can do. Then if that dont work we get a Manziel, McCarron, Murray, Bridgewater, Clowney ect....

So now people are saying "oh henne gets Blackmon more involved zomg" but that's just the equivalent of "this guy passes the eye test" in baseball, when any intelligent fan knows stats are what the game is about (with a few exceptions). These people are no different than the "he just wins" people who blatantly ignore stats and pick and choose ones that fit their argument

Hell no, I just want a competition at QB and for anyone not named Henne to win. I just dont like seeing the hate for Blaine when hes gotten a raw deal and gets **** on 24/7 while Henne has 1 good game and worse season stats and is championed by some people
