still say adding texas A&Ms HC would be good. even go adding Mike Sherman or even tom clements.

Roman hasn't done squat to deserve the job other than being Caldwell's college roomate. He was fired right out of the league a few years back. Can't seem to last at any one job more than a couple of seasons.

Really? They are going to interview Schot? Wow that would be a terrible joke. I would have rather had Mularkey stay than get Schot. Roman would be nice, Lovie would be nice. Maybe Zimmer or McCoy. If Khan is serious about turning the franchise around, he would make sure Caldwell hires somebody that is actually good.

Roman was back coaching high schoolers the year after Gabbert left high school. Which wasn't that long ago. So, don't laugh.

Roman has coached lots of positions on Offense and Defense , wich makes him a better Canidate to me

If he does get hired hope he brings some 49er D coaches with him

he runs a pro system and is a Defense guy

Pete Prisco ‏@PriscoCBSBruce Arians should be a strong candidate in Jax.

Pete Prisco ‏@PriscoCBSI was told that Caldwell will get a guy he can work hand and hand with like Smith and Dimitroff do in Atlanta

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet#Jaguars assistants are realistic about their chances of staying, though they haven't been officially fired. 1 told a friend: "We are done."

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet#Jaguars coaches are (still) free to look. Were told by Caldwell new coach will decide whether to retain them. Writing on the wall, tho
