So, while I know most leagues ended a few weeks ago...I have a fantasy league that plays through the playoffs. Settings are crazy, so let me explain...
-5 Teams left, top 3 scores for the week advance based on total points
-Start 5 guys, no matter the position.
-Any player who advances in the REAL NFL playoffs stays on your roster if you advance to the next round in your FANTASY playoffs. So you want not only to play the best players, but also people who you think will be around a while in the playoffs.
-At the end of each round, players knocked out of the NFL playoffs are removed from teams, and players on FANTASY teams that are eliminated but still in the NFL playoffs go into a drafting pool to make rosters 5 players each round.
- All TD are 7 points, 1 point per reception
So with that said, here are my roster choices and what I'm thinking...
QB- Matt Ryan
RB- Frank Gore
RB- Knowshon Moreno
WR- Demaryius Thomas
TE- Rob Gronkowski
And an option to draft either Wes Welker or Ray Rice(leaning Welker due to belief NE will go deep in the playoffs)
So right now I'm thinking....Ryan, Moreno, Thomas, Welker, Gronk
As much as I don't know if ATL will advance, I can't not play Ryan. Then after that I'm banking on NE and Denver advancing, guaranteeing myself 2 quality Superbowl players, no matter who wins in the AFC championship game if NE and Denver play eachother.
But the thing is, I have one of the weaker teams IMO due to only have 1 QB.
