I don't understand why people are so upset about bagwell not being voted in on his first year of eligibility.

I'm not convinced he's a true hall of famer.

I can't support Bonds, ever!!! Like I said earlier, he not only cheated the game, but the fans, plus, he lied on top of it. On the field, a great player, off it, not so much. I know guys like Cobb, Ruth, Mantle, Mays, and Aaron (who I forgot to mention earlier) all did things off the field, but not as bad as Bonds or Arod for that matter. Those two are some of the biggest jerks on the planet.

Here's what is bothering me about this whole steroid issue with the hall of fame.

The hall of fame is both a museum and a hall of fame.

Museum's go through the history of what the heading of the museum is. So by leaving out the all time home runs leader, one of the best pitchers ever, and the best offensive catcher of all time(who was never even found guilty of using steroids)..in my opinion, is retarted.

Player's have been cheating throughout the history of baseball, there are many names in the hall of fame who cheated, who have never gotten caught.

Players back in the day use to scuff baseball's for better grip.

Players back in the day use to caulk the bats for more power.

Players back in the day use to use amphetamines which is a psychostimulant drug of the phenethylamine class that produces increased wakefulness and focus in association with decreased fatigue and appetite. That's okay too right?

Those guys cheated and are in.

Also what pisses me off even more, is during the 1990's and early 2000's..Top MLB Executives all knew players were using steroids. Because it made the sport more and more popular, and put more fans in the seats, making them and the sport more money, they looked past it. Now all of a sudden, the guys who used it.. are the only ones suffering for it. But the guys who looked past it's usage for all those years? Nothing.
