Omg only 28 days until pitchers and catchers report. Go faster time, go faster.

Hardy isn't even close to the answer at SS. No way in hell would I trade a starting pitcher for that guy.
Sounds like Soriano to the Nats, I'm glad we didn't get him but I know a couple guys liked him

didn't want to lose the pick anyways
I still think they'll sign someone else on a one year deal to help out Bruce. I can't think of anybody at the moment. I know Brian Wilson's name has been tossed around but last report I read on him, the Mets weren't really thrilled with his showing. Granted rust and injury probably played a factor.

Sanchez is playing for team Venezuelan in the World Classic.
And Dotel is playing for the Dominican Republic.
I'm not crazy about Capps, but I don't think it's a bad idea. I think that all they would do would be to grab a guy with closer experience who is average. They could even bring Farnsworth back who had a good 2011 with the Rays, but then got hurt and lost his job to Rodney. I don't want to see that, but one of those two wouldn't surprise me. They should be cheap as well.
I just don't see us trading for a legit closer if they are really confident in Rondon being the man soon. Whoever they bring in would have to understand their role of "warming up" the closer's role for Rondon.
