    The Heat put on the pads for practice. Now LeBron is screaming at players to run sprints.

    Of coure bosh used a maxi pad.

    BOSH, speaking figuratively, I think: “If I’m not a good rebounder out there, if I’m not what this team needs..."
    BOSH: (conti.) "...Then maybe I need to sit and learn some more or maybe someone needs to play some more.”
    great, sounds like his confidence is shaken.

    Meh, I think Bosh has proven at points that he's more mentally tough than we give him credit for. I'll be patient, but I can't deny that he's been angering me with his soft play of late.

    I'm hoping these guys put some serious emphasis on the rest of these games on this road trip. It's great to know that these players are aware of their mishaps, but it's time to show that you've put in the work in practice and carry it over on the court. No more excuses....

    @IraHeatBeat
    Because of Dexter Pittman remaining in Sioux Falls and Battier being out, Jarvis Varnado will be active against Blazers tonight.

    (he wont play)

    I think bosh was just trying to be a smart *** since people think the rebounding woes are his fault. He could grab more but it's not ALL his fault. This team does not box out simple as that. If they would like battier does we would be fine. But that tires the **** out of you. Trying to over power someone double ur size is not easy but its do able. Especially for our perimeter players that don't **** on offense and just sit around to catch that open shot.

    Also I've been saying it since the beginning of the season. Joel NEEDS to start. That how we made it to the finals back to back years. Why the **** you would change that now is beyond me.
