Trout at this point, but it's not a bad discussion.

Trout, Stanton, and Harper are probably the three most valuable players in baseball, with Posey and Strasburg not far behind.

    Mike Trout, no question.
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more.

This actually made me think pretty hard. Either answer is the right one. However, I said Stanton based on his pure power and strength.

Trout because he hit for great power in a pitcher's park, plays great defense in CF, hits for a very high average, has great speed, he just does everything great.

And I love Stanton, but Trout all the way.

honestly I would rather have Stanton. I also like him better as a player
Joe Johnson. When it matters most.

This is a really good question...I am not sure but will lean slightly towards Trout for now.

    Harper over both for me.

    Favourite Teams:

    Boston Red Sox: 42-29
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide receiver though.
Detroit Pistons: 8th pick in the draft
Ottawa Senators: Great season guys, let's get them next year

    Beautiful:

I would take Stanton if he can show one thing.

An improved plate approach as pitchers begin to nibble with him more and more. When he does that, he will probably become the right choice.

Trout is more of a complete package today though.

Because of defense and speed, it's Trout.

    Stanton.

Trout hit more HR's in a partial MLB season than he did in 3 years of the minors. He does have great speed and plays reckless defense. However, his power #'s are not substanable over the long term. His August & September numbers are more indicitive of the numbers he will put up moving forward.
