    Caldwell, Roman, and Polian were college roommates and teammates about 20 years ago at some little spot no one has ever heard of. They've been scratching each other's backs ever since, with Polian having the initial "in" due to his family connections.

    But this is the big time. Hope Khan doesn't give the guy carte blanche to hire all the "in laws" to run the business.

    I'm behind Caldwell, he's going to do what he thinks he is best. Sure, he might be giving some close buddies the benefit of the doubt, but he wouldn't be make moves if he didn't think they'd work.

    Fine with polian

    Roman will be a good hire , like what he's done with sf's offense.

    our 2 wr's are better then any of there 3 , Mario , Crabtree or Moss

    We just need to add a solid QB and a RT

    I will say tho if were gonna switch to a 3-4 then nows the time to do it

    Rob ryan is one of the best 3-4 coaches out there
