    Sergio kindle ?

The Baltimore Ravens cut linebacker Sergio Kindle from their practice squad Monday.

Kindle was the 43rd overall pick in the 2010 draft but spent his entire rookie season on the reserve/non-football injury list after fracturing his skull while falling down a flight of stairs.

He played in one game last year and one game this season.

"It was kind of mutually agreed upon between the two of us," coach John Harbaugh said of the move.

Harbaugh said he will continue to support Kindle, even though he's no longer a member of the Ravens.

"He and I have gotten real close. I feel some responsibility for him and really want to see him do well," Harbaugh said, according to the Baltimore Sun. "I really think he has a chance to be good in this league. I'll be there to support him and do whatever we can to help him. He's hoping for an opportunity somewhere where he can maybe take the next step."

Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.

Not gonna make this longer than it already is but SHOULD THIS GUY BE IN OAKLAND ? Wheeler, Kindle & Burris sounds good to me

Bring him in to take a look at him up close, RM apparently likes to sign injured players off of practice squads anyways so why not i guess lol...We could use some competition and depth at LB, low risk high reward...

I would be very wary of committing much of anything to him. His head injury really messed him up. I think I remember hearing of him still having balance issues as recently as training camp.

1 tackle wow thats rough, I remember watching him in Texas , the Duo of Lamar Houston and Kindle was menacing. Why Houston is at DE kills me because the man is a punishing DT, watching the highlights of the two playing together reminded me of A Justin/Aldon smith tandem

To me, if you think someone will be a good player, you don't release him from your practice. You mold, mentor and be patient with them.

I got more of a depressing feeling reading that. It's like Kindle thinks he can still play football, but Harbaugh knows the real truth. It just seems off.

    No thanks.

isn't this the guy that fell down the stairs and hit his head?

I guess we could bring him in for a look, but his instincts and reaction speed might be shot.

Sure, take a look at him, but it doesn't sound like he's got a lot of upside if he's spend most of his two years on the practice squad.

    Damaged goods, unfortunately for Kindle.
PLEASE WELCOME THE NEW COACH OF YOUR OAKLAND RAIDERS.....

He has no chance in the NFL because of that injury.

Bring him in and take a look to see if he can play with his hand in the ground as a speed rusher in pass situations.since not a soul on this roster can do it..and special teams.
