    Indians 2013 Depth Chart

Here's the projected depth chart from Indians Baseball Insider (awesome site if you don't already go there):

Tried to paste it, that was a disastor. Here's the direct link: http://www.indiansbaseballinsider.com/depth-chart

Fedroff should be the 4th OF instead of Esquiel. We are so thin in the minors in the OF positions. We need to pickup another experience outfielder.

Looking at the Depth Chart shows the sad state of affairs the organization finds itself. The team has strayed so far from the path set by Hank Peters and John Hart. Since Mr. Shapiro took over the organization, we have had one talent evaluation disaster after another. We have no idea how to build an everyday lineup. We have had no real leadoff hitter since lofton. No true 4 hitter since Thome, and no true 3 hitter since Manny. The organization goes from pillar to post... from thought to thought like a child who needs ritalin.... Character was important in our players so it was ok to give up on brandon phillips.... but now character, shmaracter... let's get trevor bauer.... We can't keep hitters who strike out a lot so away goes players like branyan or Laporta.... but now strikouts are ok so we sign reynolds and swisher.... This is not to slam reynolds or swisher... the point is the organization cannot figure out what it wants... and until it does, we are doomed to mediocrity... which is where this depth chart will keep us for the next 5-7 years... but hey, that's ok in the new revenue sharing baseball league, because Mr. Shapiro will make money for Mr. Dolan even if attendance is poor.... its just sad...
