will the Astros break the single season loss record in '13?

120 is the record in the modern era from the 1962 Mets.
Anyone feel the 2013 'Stros will flirt with the record?
The AL is a lot harder than the NL in my opinion. I think they have a good shot to lose more than 120 games

Its possible. There gonna be in the same divison as the Rangers, Angels and Athletics. Not to mention the AL East all 5 teams can be a playoff contender. I still think the Astros may sign a few guys before the season starts though.

I am think somewhere around 110-115 range right now.

    I don't think so...

They are 50 win bad but i don't think they are worse than the 2003 Tigers that went 43-119.

The 1962 Mets. If times are bad right now being a Mets fan just think of the old timers still around and what they have to say about that team :/

What do you expect out of a team with a pitcher named Crazy Schmit?

How on earth did they win 81 games the year before?

Psh, they clearly weren't that bad. They underperformed their Pythag record by 6 wins!

Wow, their attendance for the season was just over 6,000....down from 70+ the year before.

If I remember correctly, they only played a handful of home games the last half of the season.

Like 40 road games all year.

Well you would have had to be more specific then like in the "most losses in the modern era" then.
