Kings brass says Cousins is not going anywhere. Don't make assumptions without proof. #Celtics Talk what is that?

The quotes/tweets are from the Celtics inside reporter, A. Sherrod Blakely. He works for Comcast Sportsnet and is a reliable source.

They haven't made a big trade in years. Really don't know why everybody's eyes are spinning.

He's been putting up 22 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists in his last five... he's not going anywhere unless Ainge gives them Rondo, 8 unprotected picks, and Ainge personally blows Geoff Petrie under his desk as filler to the trade

This is probably what the Spurs feel like right now

Boston probably "gives up" Sullinger, 2013 pick, Melo, Bradley. But then again, I don't see why they would need to release those guys to get it done.

GMs don't make blockbuster trades every year. But 2 out of 5 seasons is a pretty high rate if you ask me. Now potentially 3 out of 6.

    1. You can't make a big move every year

    2. You said the FO isn't known to make big moves when they clearly have in the past with KG, Allen, and trading Perkins. Those are bigger moves than a lot of other teams' moves in that time

If anything is happening i'm expecting it at earliest 15th. Can't see a deal being done that doesn't include Bass or Green.

This is just anticipation in case anything huge happens.

Blakely is the only one reporting anything and he isn't the best with news. He said mayo/allen was a done deal last year. I'm skeptical
