    Celtics on verge of blockbuster?

Boston released two players today, setting themselves up for a potential blockbuster trade, here is what A. Sherrod Blakely said:
    A. Sherrod Blakely ‏@SherrodbCSN
#Celticstalk: The #Celtics decision to waive Vernado AND Joseph, opens the door for what one league source says may be a "blockbuster" deal.
#Celticstalk: The name that keeps coming up with everyone I speak with about the #Celtics and trades, is #Kings stud DeMarcus Cousins.

Interesting because the only person in SAC who wants to trade DeMarcus is the Petrie, but the Maloofs won't let him, and are firing him at the end of the season.. Petrie has informed everyone he is not on the trading block, and he is staying in Sacramento.

I don't see them getting it done without a 3rd or 4th team.

I doubt it. Boston is not one to make exciting deals. Plus, they don't have much to offer for Cousins, unless Sacramento is really stupid. They just need to sign Kenyon Martin, and call it a day.

There are rumblings about a CLE/MIN trade centered around Varejao and Pek. Could there be something huge in the making here??

Cousins is going to be a stud in Boston. This time not a head case.

Maybe I'm in the minority , but I think the KG deal was pretty exciting...

    Huh?

Did Ainge not trade for KG and Allen a few years back? Did they not trade Perk to get Jeff Green?

Ainge isn't afraid to make a big trade.

Okay, but that was a while back. Who would Sacramento want? If they're lying to strategize and are willing to trade Cousins, they're gonna want a lot more than Boston can offer.
