    Vontae Leach?

    http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/r...,1026908.story

The Baltimore Sun reports the Ravens have been unable to reach a salary compromise with FB Vonta Leach, and are expected to trade or cut him by Tuesday

The Ravens were intent on reducing Leach's $3 million salary and $4.33 million cap figure, but he wouldn't budge. Leach was phased out of the offense under OC Jim Caldwell down the stretch last season, and Baltimore drafted replacement Kyle Juszczyk out of Harvard. Most likely, Leach will be released.
If he's released..any chance Colts go after him? If they are serious about getting more run oriented he could be a good pick up.

Would love Leach...but I also like what I've heard about Havili. If he was going to hit the open market a few months ago I'd say it was probably close to a lock we would go after him, but after the Havili trade you have to wonder if they will.

I don't think we have the cap to sign him especially if we sign Bradshaw as well. Plus, Havili deserves a chance.
So Anna, what do you think about the notion that Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck?

Assuming we get Bradshaw. We might just have enough to sign him. He would also be a great fit! I would love him on the team

Maybe we can cut Donald Brown and Delone Carter and move Havili into Carter's role and sign Vonta to play Havili's original role?

We have some good in-house options in Havili and Dan Moore. Leach is clearly light years better, but the cap number won't be friendly (I'd assume).

He didn't want to come down from his 3 million dollar cap hit and probably would want more than Indy gave Bradshaw....I doubt it happens.
If winning isn't everything, why do they keep score?

Yeah, not a big deal. He'd be a luxury at this point. I trust Grigson's talent evaluation of Havili so let's hope he turns into a good player.
