Ya everything I have heard before today is that he was out until sometime in Feb. So that will be nice to have McQ right from the start - this team is in a very good position to have a great season.

    Here's coverage of the B's T.C (day 1)

supposedly there was a good amount of fans that went to watch! That's good, at least here in Boston we know the lockout won't affect attendance at game..that building will be ROCKING every night, can't wait to get tix to a game (hoping its the MTL game in march, but going to be difficult)

Close to a thousand diehard Bruins fans traveled to TD Garden to watch the Bruins open up training camp after the first 119 days of the 2012-13 NHL season were wiped away due to the greed, stupidity and stubborn turns taken by the NHL lockout.

So why isn't Seguin on our first line?

I think he pretty much proved that he is our best offensive player and Bergs line could use Horton's size

Well I think of Seguin/Bergy/Marchy as our first line personally

Also, Horty is very important to Looch's production. If you look at the splits. Looch's poit totals droppe off a cliff when Horty went out last year. Now clearly that's not all Horty, as soon as he went down, opponents could just focus on Looch instead of worrying about the two of them

    After Hours album out 4/29

    I agree and I don't

I think either of the lines are first lines. But I think Bergs can be considered more of a defensive player plus after a PK he won't be on since he was killing the Powerplay. So seguin would miss a shift. He is just to good not to play as much as possible

Lucic died offensively because he was playing with Pev. Nothing against Pev but he is not a top line player. Lucic played a lot better when Seguin joined that line

Also Marchand needs help when he is being annoying, I don't want Seguin involved in that.

Tyler Seguin is slated to quarterback Boston's first-line power play to open the season, according to coach Claude Julien.

    per CSNNE

Should be fun to watch maybe Dougie will be on the 2nd unit with Seids.

So this means Seguin will be up top (blue line) during the PP...If so i would hope the units are something like this:

    PP Unit 1:
    Lucic-Krecji-Marchand
    Seguin-Chara

    PP Unit 2:
    Horton-Bergeron-Peverley
    Hamilton-Seids

It'll be utter BS if we dont have a top 10 or even top 5 PP this year. Such a good mix of size, skill, net front presence, to not be a top PP
