Let's pray the Celtics remain focused on this game and are not distracted by all the trade speculation.

SI: Statistics suggest Joel Embiid will fully recover from foot surgery. But it could be 9-12 months before he plays http://bit.ly/1qwZuIB

I think you can say every game is the biggest game of Celtics season, from the way this team has played.

They need a statement win, I just don't see it tonight.

I feel this team has the talent to put it together any night. They have just been dreadful out the gates. 1st half against ATL looked to be going backwards, then they turned it up

On the road, in NY should be a tough place to get a W. Knicks been playing good ball but i definitely think this is a game we can win. I doubt the C's are distracted by trade rumors. If anything they should be motivated to play better so they dont get traded. We'll see

I hear/see fans say this a lot, but I have never heard it from a player. I don't think any professional thinks this way. If anything it would be a team like an OKC or a real contender that would have their fringe players hoping to cling to that ship to try and get a ride to a title. But role players on very average teams that have no real direction? I don't think they give much thought to this at all.

Rondo's reputation is to blame for this particular suspension. That's why you keep your nose clean, to get the benefit of the doubt on stuff like this.

Rondo could have at least cooperated with the league. Really stupid on his part, disappointing.

Do you have any idea how he did not cooperate in the league? You don't. this is like blaming Ferry for showing the video tape and being fined 15 grand.

was really excited for this game, now not so much...I'd like to see Bradley/Lee in the backcourt with Pierce bringing the ball up

While I see your point, I find it pretty obvious that Rondo didn't give his full. Cooperation to the league since he isnt very fond of the suspensions he's received from them over the past couple years.
