i would say get there are 9 pm. they just throw them the crowd in the 4th quarter so just make sure you are in your seats at that time.

i think 5 pm is safe tbh. usually for giants i get there 2 and a half hours early but baseball giveaways are mainly weekends. if u get there by 5 u should be good considering its a weekday and most people get off at 5
