I don't think Rock will be in the Royal Rumble. When was the last time participants in a WWE title match then entered the rumble? With that being said, that would mean that Punk isn't in it as well.

Anyways, my top 10:

10. John Morrison
9. The Miz
8. Sheamus
7. Wade Barrett
6. Antonio Cesaro
5. Daniel Bryan
4. Alberto Del Rio
3. Randy Orton

Those 8 names aren't really in an order, just other possible names(and John Morrison cuz **** it) and basically the next two guys are probably as close to "locks" to win the Rumble this year IMO:

I think he is coming back this year. And every year WWE brings out a few surprise RR entrants. Maybe they'll hammer out a deal before the PPV or they'll just pay him for a one night thing while still working on a long term deal?
