There are gonna be 31 guys? Entering the 2013 rumble. Here is my list and the %'s I believe each guy will have.

10) Taker 20%

9) ADR 25%

8) Damien Sandow 35%

7) The Miz 45%

6) Ryback 50%

5) Sheamus 55%

4) Daniel Bryan 70%

3) Wade Barrett 80%

2) Cena 95%

1) The Rock 100%

Now please don't tell me my list sucks. These are just guys I believe have the best shot.

I don't think Rock will be in the Royal Rumble. When was the last time participants in a WWE title match then entered the rumble? With that being said, that would mean that Punk isn't in it as well.

Anyways, my top 10:

9. The Miz
8. Sheamus

6. Antonio Cesaro
5. Daniel Bryan
4. Alberto Del Rio
3. Randy Orton

Those 8 names aren't really in an order, just other possible names(and John Morrison cuz **** it) and basically the next two guys are probably as close to "locks" to win the Rumble this year IMO:

I feel the same way about the Rock, but knowing the WWE they'll find a way to let him win.

The title match should go on last. Rock won't be in the rumble and the title match.

Cena and Ryback are probably the top two choices to win the Rumble. Other names would be Bryan, Barrett, Cesaro and Ziggler.

Why? Just doesn't make sense. Having Cena win the RR makes sense since that's the easiest way to get the Rock/Cena rematch that they apparently want to have take place in April.

He's very likely to win the WWE title from Punk anyways at RR so, yeah.

I really dont see anyone else having a realistic shot of winning this year. I would have added Sheamus but I think he'll be in a world title match again and I dont see him winning back-to-back Rumbles.
