Looking back, which would have been better?

In light of Vucevic's 29 rebound effort the other day and Kobe's comments on age and athleticism (something Iggy would have provided); how many of you would have wanted the Lakers to trade Bynum for Iggy, Vucevic, and Harkless instead of the 3 way deal involving the same guys?

Howard isn't even fully recovered from his major back surgery and is still putting up 18, 12 and 2.5 bpg while not being featured enough in D'antoni's offense. Give me Howard any day of the week over Iguodala plus fillers. Howard is a top 5 player in the game when he's 100 pct.....

Food for thought: Howard is top 5 in 3 major categories and is the only player in the NBA to be top 5 in multiple categories. He's top 5 in FG pct, rebounding and in shot blocking.

I'd go as far as to say that I don't think Dwight Howard was the only good return the Lakers could have gotten for Andrew Bynum, and I wish they had explored more options with an open mind. However, I'm not certain I'd say that this particular trade you're suggesting would have been a better return.

I'll take Dwight Howard any day in this trade... 75% D12 is the same production as 100% andrew bynum... yes we upgraded in this trade.. Wait til he gets to be 100%... Teams are gonna have problems in the playoffs with him, just be patient..

Well; if Dwight gets back to his athletic best, obviously they made the right move.

The reason I used the trade above is because that is what Philly gave up for Bynum (and JRich filler). So, Bynum + filler would have brought that back (most likely).

Our roster ain't THATTTTT bad, other than athleticism, but look at Spurs, so we can't use that as a excuse. I would blame the coaches more than the roster.
