    EJ Manuel

What do you guys think about adding him this year in the draft? Since we are more than likely stuck with Sanchez this year maybe we think about drafting him 3rd or 4th round. Watching him tonight in the Orange Bowl and he doesnt look too bad.

I don't like EJ Manuel all that much and that goes for the all QB's in this year's class. There's no clear front runner at the position like there was last year with Luck and RG3

Geno is the clear front runner, and the best easily the best QB.

Jets probably have little to no chance of landing him.

Physically, he's probably the best QB specimen with good height, solid build, good speed, and strong arm.

If he's around late day 2 or early day 3, then Yeah! if the Jets want some new blood and they haven't addressed it by then, they should definitely consider him.

BTW Glennon looked horrible in his bowl game.

I don't think the Jets are going to wait until the draft to address their QB situation. The new GM is going to want to fix this issue in his 1st days in office

Yea MrX thats what i was thinking i know the crop is bad but the way Sanchez has been is a QB like Manuel really that bad?? None of the QB's are worth our 1st round pick beside Smith .... plus I've seen mocks have us taking Glennon at 9 but right after they all say he has a funky delivery and gets rattled lol

I hope so, Alex Smith would be nice but i think he might get priced out our range because so many other teams need a veteran stop gap Jax, Ari, Buf, KC

Looks really atheletic, watched him in the bowl game too. I wouldn't mind if he was around in the 2nd round.

you guys do NOT want manuel! he is a physical specimen with **** for brains, which is one of the worst traits you can typically have in a QB. he also has similar problems as sanchez in making 2nd and 3rd reads and progressions in the middle of a blitz. just wait til he gets to the NFL speed and tried to make a progression as jj watt or cam wake is coming at him off the edge.

I dont put much stock in these kinds of comments...

Last year, Russell Wilson was "lacking in certain areas". Colin Kapernick was a 3rd round pick...obviously he was lacking as well.

I am not saying yes or no for Manuel, I dont know much about him, except he is 6'5, he has a good head on his shoulders, and is not a selfish player.
Week 17 following JETS @ BILLS, a great friend and I got our picture taken with the only player of either side to come out and meet fans

the only concern for wilson was his height and kapernick was a 2nd round pick 2 years ago not last year.

Russell Wilson had top 10 talent, but the concern with him was his height. Manuel is going to suck in the NFL. He struggles to make quick decisions, and often struggles with accuracy...sound familiar?

Surprisingly enough, a U of Florida guy doesn't want a Florida St QB.

Manuel is a bit better than you're making him out to be.
