Riley Reiff B+ *Did pretty good and made a lot of holes available in the run game.
Ryan Broyles A *Was playing outstanding until he tore his ACL. Will be a big impact next year.
Dwight Bentley no grade. Did not see enough of him as he got injured and went on IR
Ronnel Lewis no grade. Didn't see much of him only on ST's.
Tahir Whitehead same as above.
Chris Greenwood didn't play a single game went on IR.
Jonte Green C+ *Was doing horrible during the preseason and the start of the season but seemed to play pretty good towards the end of the season
Travis Lewish no grade, didn't see enough off.
^ thats about right Reiff played pretty well, same with Jonte towards the end of the year

1. Robert Griffin III: A- Had a phenomenal rookie season. Was just as good as advertised and then some. Missed a game and a half, which is the only thing keeping this from an A or even an A+.
2. Josh LeRibeus: C+ Could develop into a solid starting guard, but didn't see enough of him this season to give him anything higher. Got some playing time in the second half during week 17 and helped Morris run wild over Dallas, though.
3. Kirk Cousins: B+ EVERYONE bashed the Redskins for making this pick. A team with this many holes can't afford a luxury pick. Why use a 4th round pick on a QB after taking your franchise QB #2 overall? Well, he stepped in and played very well for an injured Griffin against Baltimore and Cleveland. Looks like he will be a solid backup QB at the very least, and could potentially be parlayed into a decent draft pick down the line.
4. Keenan Robinson: C Didn't see enough of him before he ultimately ended up on IR. Struggled a bit in preseason if I remember correctly.
5. Adam Gettis: INC Don't think he's been active once this season. Very athletic guard that could eventually excel in this scheme.
6. Alfred Morris: A+ Nothing really needs to be said. Incredibly productive.
7. Tom Compton: D Thought on draft day that this was a steal, but he was cut before the start of the season, and then bounced around the practice squad for a few weeks. I still think he has a future in the league.
8. Richard Crawford: B Solid special teams player, and a huge improvement over Antwaan Randle Banks on punt returns. Showcased some coverage skills against Dallas, and could become a reliable nickel corner.
9. Jordan Bernstine: INC Played a little on special teams, then suffered a gruesome knee injury.

Cowboys:
1st: Morris Claiborne: B. He had the third best rookie season of all the cornerbacks drafted, behind Janoris Jenkins and Casey Heyward. But I think he has the potential to be a top 10 cornerback down the road and the best cornerback of the draft. This pick has the potential to be an A+. I personally wanted Dallas to go with Janoris Jenkins before the draft. Dallas gave up a 2nd round pick to trade up to get Claiborne when they already had 2 starting caliber cornerbacks on the roster and other needs than CB.
3rd: Tyrone Crawford: C+. He looked okay in very limited time this season. He's no JJ Watt but he allows the Cowboys to go younger at the DE position and cut loose some older players like Marcus Spears and Kenyon Coleman.
4th: Kyle Wilber: D+. He might be able to replace Victor Butler as the backup OLB but Dallas would be stupid to not resign Anthony Spencer after the season he had. Kyle Wilber was injured the majority of his rookie season. I doubt he will be a long term replacement for Ware or Spencer.
4th: Matt Johnson: C-. Injured throughout his entire rookie season so it's hard to give a grade of his performance. With the safety position being the weakest position on the roster, Johnson will definitely have a shot to compete for a starting position.
5th: Danny Coale: D-. This seems like a wasted pick. He was drafted to play WR and didn't even make the final roster. An undrafted FA Cole Beasley ended up making the roster over him. Coale was claimed on the practice squad. He has a very small chance to earn a long term roster spot because he's battling with other late round and undrafted players who have proven much more than he has.
6th: James Hanna: A. He arguably did more as the #2 TE than any other Cowboy since Jason Witten took over the starting position. He possibly makes the backup TE John Phillips expendable and gives Dallas the opportunity to run multiple TE sets. Great value for a 6th round pick.
7th: Caleb McSurdy: F. Didn't even make the roster. Wikipedia says he is still a member of the Cowboys but I have no record of him being on the team. Even with all the injuries to the ILB position (Cowboys were playing their 5th and 6th string ILBers at times) McSurdy still never got a call from Dallas. Useless pick.
1: Justin Blackmon: B+. extremely productive and almost had a 1000 yards even with the gabbert handicap and really busted out when Gabbert got replaced in the texans game.
2: Andre Branch: D. started year early because of injuries and saw his playing time dwindle and wasnt much of a pass rusher.
3: Bryan Anger: B. punted pretty well for the year top 7 in both Average and net average and would be an A if we hadnt let up Multiple Punt Return TDs.
5: Brandon Marshall: F. was on the roster cut and on the PS till we got some injuries and wasnt really playing any when he was on the roster. better served to have drafted TE thompson or OT Sanders instead.
6: Mike Harris: B. was a backup till we started having injury problems at corner and eventually took our starting spot at corner and appears to have a future for us as a slot corner.
7: Jeris Pendleton: INC. never really active for many games till the last few weeks and didnt play much. figures to be a rotational player next year depending on if we resign pot roast or not.
not sure if we should grade UDFAs but
Mike Brewster: A. started games for us and was a pretty decent starter and looks to be at worst a nice backup interior guy.
Julian Stanford: C. Started games for us after Bosworth got benched for bad play and stanfords good play and then moved to the bench because daryl smith came back.

Nick Perry: C. Really started showing potential until injuries plagued his season
Jerel Worthy: D. Jumped offsides a lot and injured towards the end of the season. Had a some nice plays however.
Casey Hayward: A+. Arguably the DROY need I say more?
Mike Daniels: C. Provided depth on the DL and gave a pretty good pass rush threat.
Jerron McMillan: B-. Started the season off great, but regressed throughout the season.
Terrell Manning: F. Special teams player, never saw any action really.
Andrew Datko: INC. PS player, Coaches really like his potential though.
B.J. Coleman: INC. PS player, Good arm but not so hot decision making from what I saw in the preseason.

1) Dontari Poe, B, He did a good job in his rookie year for a D-Linemen. Showed great POEtential (hehe, I had to do that) for the future and at times showed us some of those combine performances on the field. I think he can make a Pro-Bowl or two in the future.
2) Jeff Allen, C, Rushed into action because of injuries along the O-Line, but he did a decent job. Wasn't the best, but again, rookie O-Linemen take a little bit longer to develop.
3) Donald Stephson, C+, Again, like Allen, rushed into a starting spot before he was ready, but did a serviceable job. I thought this was a wasted pick, but he did a better job than I thought he would.
4) Devon Wylie, D, Injured for most of the season and in the few games he played, I wasn't impressed. I never thought he'd amount to anything and it didn't fill a need.
5) DeQuan Menzie, incomplete, Was placed on I.R. before the season started, but showed good potential in the preseason. I was a big fan of his before the draft and was glad to see the Chiefs take him. I think he should be given a chance next year and could be a nice backup.
6) Cyrus Gray, C, Never really got a chance and was buried on the depth chart behind Charles, Hillis, and Draughn. Could be a decent backup if given the chance.
7) Jerome Long, F, Was on the practice squad all year. Another pick I wasn't a fan of, and never will amount to anything.
8) Junior Hemingway, D, Got promoted on the last day of the season, but again, never showed anything promising. He gets a D instead of an F because he could turn into a backup one day.
Notable Undrafted guys:
9) Tysyn Hartman, C, Nice pickup and filled in for the times Kendrick Lewis was hurt. Never anything flashy, but got the job done.
10) Neiko Thrope, C-, Another guy that played decent when given a chance, but most of the time, he got burned. He never will be a starter, but he could be a backup.
Chicago Bears:
Shea McClellin - C-
I think there's promise with Shea, but he's a bit of a project and is an odd tweener-type for a 4-3 team. He was hurt a fair deal in 2012, and his production was wildly varied.
Alshon Jeffery - C
I think the pick was an A, but he's had a bit of the dropsies, and he's had some health issues. If he works hard in the offseason, dude's going to be pretty damn good.
Brandon Hardin - NO GRADE
Placed on IR.
Evan Rodriguez - A-
This is a sneaky good pick. He played incredibly well as a rookie at FB, and if a new OC utilizes him, I fully expect him to be a pretty damn fine TE.
Isaiah Frey - NO GRADE
Put on Practice Squad
Greg McCoy - F
Dude was cut.
decided not to count the guys we poached off teams Practice squads like Jerome Long or toney Clemons.

Played very well at the MLB position this year. Up for DROY. Won't win it, but had a very solid rookie season.
3. Russell Wilson - A+
Has defied expectations. Even though he's short, he plays big. Ballsy move to start your 3rd round QB right away. It payed off big.
4. Robert Turbin - C
Probably should be a higher grade. Doesn't put much of an impact on the point of contact, but has explosive speed to get through the holes. Hard to get carries when you got Lynch in front of you.
4. Jaye Howard - D
Honestly have no idea. Didn't want to fail someone I didn't know.
5. Korey Toomer - D-
He later signed with the practice squad, but was cut very early.
6. Jeremy Lane - B+
Played excellent during Browners/Thurmond's absence. Can't get more value from a guys then going 4-0 during the 4 games he starts. Excellent job by Jeremy.
6. Winston Guy - D-
Too low to give him an F. Was suppose to be the guy that would be put on 3rd down and long packages where the Seahawks like to play 3 safeties. Didn't work out.
7. JR Sweezy - B+
Really want to give this guy a A- but he hasn't played THAT well. Definitely deserves consideration considering this time last year he was a DT. Played excellent filling in for John Moffit. Plan to see this guy starting next season from day 1.
7. Greg Scruggs - C
Recorded a couple of sacks. Can't really say much else about the guy lol.
Overall draft grade B+
Definitely. When giving grades, I think you also have to look at position and the round they were drafted in. For example, I gave the Cowboys' 6th round pick of TE James Hanna an A and their first round pick of CB Morris Claiborne a B. Obviously Claiborne will be the better player, but Hanna has the potential to be a backup TE and you can't ask for anything more out of a 6th round pick. Also, I wouldn't give someone like Justin Blackmon a B+ just because I don't think you should draft any WR in the top 10 unless they have potential to be the next Calvin Johnson. I also wouldn't rate someone like Trent Richardson too highly because I don't think you spend a #3 overall on a position that you can fill with a later round draft pick. That's just my philosophy though.
