Beat the first Uncharted. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't really as great as everyone made it out to be. Starting Uncharted 2 tomorrow.

I felt the same way when I bet the first Uncharted. Its when I finished Uncharted 2 that I was blown away. I've beaten all four Uncharted's and here is my personal rank of my favorites

    1) Uncharted 2 (Favorite game this console generation along with Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)
    2) Uncharted 3
    3) Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
    4) Uncharted: Golden Abyss

Most hand hold you with go there, follow this, do that.

This game just throws you into the game world and says good luck without telling you a ****ing thing, I love it. More games should be like that.
I kind of like, don't even want to play Dark Souls though. For me there is no way it can beat Demon's Souls and i almost feel like its pointless for me to play it. I'll just keep playing Demon's Souls instead.

But i totally agree with you about the hand holding.. Those games are the real deal. You actually get a sense of accomplishment from it.

Its different than Demon Souls in some aspects.

I'd try it. There is one boss battle.....thats absolutely impossible.

And once you get to Blighttown with monsters that poison you in two hits on bridges that move and are so thin you fall off constantly....you get the idea

Makes me think about the original Mario Kart. When you try to play on 150CC instead of just making the computer characters drive better, they resort to cheating. I've had games where as soon as I passed the first place driver that person got 2-3 stars in a row without hitting an actual item box.

So far I find myself getting frustrated with Dark Souls, but as soon as I stop playing for an hour or so I really want to get back into it. The boss fights alone are worth it
Agreed. You play games like Skyrim or Fallout on the highest difficulty and their concept of hard is giving all enemies double the HP so they just take forever to kill.

Yes the lack of rubberband AI is a plus, it relies on level and character design to create difficultly...you'll see that when you hit blighttown.

Same with me, I'll get pissed but always come back to it. A similar game is Ninja Gaiden 1+2, truely hard games I legitimately enjoyed.

If you care about game play over story and graphics you may be slightly disappointed.

I'm almost done ACIII. I just need to do the last 2 sequences, see the ending that people seem to be *****ing about, then do the missions after the credits roll. I want to get it done as soon as possible because I have Far Cry 3 waiting to be played and going to be rather busy this coming week.

Just finished Assassin's Creed III today and I have to say I was mighty impressed. Much better than Brotherhood and Revelations. I don't get why people complained about the ending so much, I feel like I'm one of the few that thought it ok. It was nothing spectacular, but it doesn't get the credit it should.

Got to the part where Drake meets Lazarevic for the first time in Uncharted 2...I see why this game got so much hype. So far it's absolutely amazing. Gameplay improved sooo much. Voice-acting is top-notch. Graphics are stunning; really popped out when you first play in the city. Might be the most beautiful graphics I've seen on a console so far. I don't even think I'm halfway through yet, but this may be one of my all-time favorites.

Seriously, it's worth buying a PS3 just for Uncharted 2.

Finally beat the final main boss of Persona 4 Golden. Damn, what an exceptional game.
