Which wild card team has the best chance?

Last year, all 4 home teams won. The year before that, 3 of the 4 wild card teams won.

So who has the best chance out of the wild card teams to win this week and go the furthest this year?

First, I think all 4 wild card teams have a legitimate shot at winning this week, but that's only half the question (see bolded part above), so take that into consideration when answering the question.

    I'll go with the Seahawks.
Yes, they are playing on the road, but they are also playing the Redskins, who have the weakest defense (Yds/Gm and Pts/Gm) out of all the home playoff teams. Plus, I think the Seahawks are the best of the wild card teams, with the best defense and their offense is coming around.

After that, they could face either the 49ers (who they already beat once), or the Falcons (who have yet to prove themselves in the playoffs), so it wouldn't surprise me if the Seahawks came away with another win.

Care to elaborate, or should we simply take your word for it?

Take the word of a fellow closet Browns fan for it.

#Patriots are 9-2 and their second highest paid player this season is Aaron Hernandez. Let that sink in.

The Seahawks are the obvious choice. They were arguably he best team in the NFL during the Regular season. They were #3 in points differential and #1 in points allowed. And they are playing the weakest opponent.

Last team to do that? 2010 Packers.

This is probably one of the best years parity wise. There are no real sure thing playoff games. No pushover teams, everyone has a chance this year and everyone should be ready/weary of who they face.

Seahawks and it's not close. The Colts got by this season on a soft schedule, the Vikings don't have enough people on offense to help AP, and the Bengals are just overall not special enough at anything to make a deep playoff run. The Seahawks have a good running game, good defense, and a QB who can do enough to win games.

Seahawks and Cincy as a distant second. Cincy has a great defense, but their ability to score in bunches is questionable. Seattle is the biggest question mark in the playoffs, IMO. They could either go HAM on everyone or fall flat on the road.
