    2013 Schedule

So, since we landed 2nd the good news is we'll actually avoid the damn Niners, but since we get the NFC North we still get the Packers. Gives us the Panthers and Seahawks, so....meh. Here's what we got:

    HOME
    Washington Redskins (10-6)
    Dallas Cowboys (8-8)
    Philadelphia Eagles (4-12)
    Green Bay Packers (11-5)
    Minnesota Vikings (10-6)
    Denver Broncos (13-3) ***MANNING BOWL!***
    Oakland Raiders (4-12)
    Seattle Seahawks (11-5)

    AWAY
    Washington Redskins (10-6)
    Dallas Cowboys (8-8)
    Philadelphia Eagles (4-12)
    Chicago Bears (10-6)
    Detroit Lions (4-12)
    Kansas City Chiefs (2-14)
    San Diego Chargers (7-9)
    Carolina Panthers (7-9)

"We have been watching and waiting, but I wouldn't say we intend to continue to do that. I think you watch and wait to try and assess a situation and act accordingly. It might involve more waiting. It might involve moving in one direction or another. We've done plenty of watching and waiting. If we can move in a particular direction, we might do that."

We don't have to go to Denver, Green Bay or Seattle that's awesome. I'll be at that Charger game!!

    AFC West!!!

That should be at least 3 wins. No excuses for not beating Oakland and KC. We should beat at least one of SD and Denver.

NFC North is a tough one. Could see 2-2 against those 4. 3-1 possible as well though.

I figure 3-3 against the division, maybe 4-2.

Should win at least one of those Carolina/Seattle games.

In my opinion, we will fall somewhere between 9-7 and 13-3 without unforeseen major roster changes to our team or the teams we will play.

Is that sarcasm? We only play 5 teams that made the playoffs this year and we get 4 teams with 4 wins or less......9 games against .500 or below teams (counting the Eagles and Cowboys twice).

Compared to what we had this season, this is a cake walk.

Looks like a pretty light schedule. Hopefully we take advantage of the weak teams

    giants.com:

The Giants 2013 Opponents include a matchup with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos
Washington’s victory over Dallas Sunday night clinched a second-place NFC East finish for Giants and finalized their 2013 opponents.

In addition to home-and-home series with division rivals Dallas, Philadelphia and Washington, the Giants will host Green Bay, Minnesota, Seattle, Denver and Oakland. That group includes five 2012 playoff teams – the Redskins, Packers, Vikings, Seahawks and Broncos.

The Giants-Denver game will be the third regular-season meeting between Eli and Peyton Manning. Peyton won the first two, when he was with the Indianapolis Colts.

In addition to their division foes, the Giants’ opponents on the road will include Chicago, Detroit, Carolina, Kansas City, San Diego.

Cake walk? Just like the The Falcons and the Ravens game

When will ppl get nothing's a cake walk with the Giants. Stop bringing your hopes up. Broncos won't be easy, Charger will be better and I can see Raiders improving alil. Bears, Vikings, packers and even the Lions aren't easy games. Seahawks defense is sick and Carolina will e tough next year. Nothing's a cake walk, I thought you would of known that by now.

It looks easy, but so did the Cowboys schedule an look how that turned out

Who said the Falcons or Ravens would be easy?

Ok, so you're either making the point that there is no easy schedule since the NFL is incredibly competitive and the Giants are unpredictable, which I agree with, but you said "another tough schedule" as if there were an alternative. So of all the divisions we can match up with, AFC West is one of the easier ones to deal with. This is about as good as you can hope for without finishing last in the division and getting the Bucs and Cardinals.

This season we had the hardest strength of schedule in the entire league. That won't be the case next year.
