Appearing on "SportsCenter" on Friday afternoon, ESPN's Ed Werder followed up his report on the Cowboys' hiring of Monte Kiffin as their next DC by opining that the club would let Spencer walk as a free agent this offseason, since he didn't appear to be as good of a fit in Kiffin's scheme. If that comes to pass, it's good timing for Spencer, given the stats he posted in 2012

That is ok. We need to adopt the New England Moneyball for Football approach. There is no way the next team will get the value out of Spencer with a new contract as we got out of him for the past 5 years. Let him walk. My bigger issue with Kiffen is his defense was specifically designed to stop a West Coast offense. The NFL is moving rapidly to the New England NFL version of the Oregon offense. We shall see..

I would say we're in a better position moving forward with younger talent. Once that O-line get's fixed this team will be dangerous.

I get tired of hearing people rag on Garrett, if he had changed QB's everyone would say it was rebuilding because the rest of the team has be overhauled. For this team to be 1 game from winning the division the last two years is surprising, this team is going to shock some people in 2013!

Would we be interested in Reggie Bush, i dont think anyone else will offer him a starting job, and he can backup murray and be that threat out of the backfield that felix was suppose to be.
