I'll tell you one thing I like thats happening early on in this draft process and that is all the Florida and LSU kids declaring early. Don't have to deal with Floyd or Elam anymore and LSU is losing a lot; Mingo, Montgomery, Minter, Reid, Simon, Logan, Ware, and even their punter Wingo is declaring early but thats because of his off feild issues but he is a pretty good Punter.

Now that we know Chip Kelly isn't the coach of the Browns I'm no longer worried about the core of the team being blown up. On offense I would consider the core to be made up of:

    Trent Richardson
    Josh Gordon
    Joe Thomas
    Alex Mack
    Mitchell Schwartz
(a case could be made for Greg Little who really stepped it up after the bye week and played like a solid #2 guy. 1 drop in the last 7 games)

An offense like the one Kelly favors smaller, quicker athletes like the roster the Eagles boast. I'd love to see a zone-blocking or power-running game with more shots down-field. A coach like Ken Whisenhunt could save Brandon Weeden and make him better. I'm certainly not gonna put him in Kurt Warner's class but he does possess a lot of the same qualities. Decent size, good pocket presence despite limited athletic ability, strong arm with above average accuracy.

    The defense:

    Phil Taylor
    Ahtyba Rubin
    Jabaal Sheard
    D'Qwell Jackson
    Joe Haden
    TJ Ward

A switch to the 3-4 defense is still a possibility and that is my main concern with the new coaching hire. If it happens it could be a tough fit for some of these guys like Taylor, Sheard and Jackson. We already saw how tough a time Jackson had in the 3-4 and who knows if Sheard could play standing up. Could be another defensive rebuild after experiencing it the last two seasons and using plenty of resources.

I like Womack, Milliner, Te'o, Banks, Ezekiel Ansah all are acceptable picks to me in the first. Id love to get Geno though since he will probably fall. Its not like its that much of a chance we dont want Colt so we need a 1 and 2. I actually prefer Thad to Weeden though. He doesnt fold up in the pockket he moves around, hes got zip on the ball, its not dip and dunk passes all day. I thught the kid looked decent deserves a chance t play this preseason for the spot. I think Womack and Te'o big improvements to the team though if we dont go QB

Then your a moron. I'm sorry but im sick of people saying this. He's not even better then Colt sorry. Just because he had one decent game does not make him Tom Brady. Common people, theres a reason he's played 1 game in 3 years.

Hes to short and all that but I see him delivering, and blocking on every pay so hmmm who doesnt know what hes talking about? I uderstand your love for Weeden though people hve different tastes youc ant bad mouth them for that some people like INTs, Incompletions, and 3 yard screens. Ive just always been in favor of getting first downs and moving the ball but like I said some people have different taste.

LOL did you even watch the seahawks this season? first few games Russell was avg at best. But their offense corr in a interview said he decided to just ''let russell go'' and thats when he started playing well. Weeden was handcuffed from the beginning.

BTW- i was not here during the draft and could careless what u thought. u think you got all the answers? shoot i could throw out names in this draft and I'll be right on a few.

Also i was not a fan of drafting Weeden. kinda depressed when it happened. But im not a fan of the QB's in this draft class nor am i a fan of the FA's/trade market QB's. I say give weeden another year and fix other problems OG, CB, LB, etc..

YaYa man someone always wanna be a internet badass lol.Talk junk to people think they know everything you dont know anything about Thad Lewis just because you dont follow football enough to know anything about the guy, doesnt mean hes not better then Colt. Thad woulda won just as many games at Texas as Colt it was about the prgram nothing to do with Colt. Hes mediocre at best weak arm, looks to run after looking off first option, hes a decent back up at best. But I wont argue with you Weedend best QB in the NFL WooHoo Weeden im a grown man im 40 and a rookie lol.

I am not really a big fan of this draft because of our draft position. With a #6 pick you should be able to get a borderline superstar and im not too sure who we could get at 6 with that kind of potential. I would be all for trading back aqcuiring picks and filling holes.

Ya id love to trade back as well and get back our second rounder. If we draft where we are its hard to say who knows who will drop. Geno might even drop ater that bowl performance by his team. If hes there I take him no questions, if hes not Te'o but my dream senario we trade back and get Warmack I really think him on our line get us in the playoffs laugh if you want but thats a soild line Ithink best line in the NFL. I cant wait to watch him play tomorrow night. I think thats what this offense is needing if we dont touch the QB spot is, that one guy that we had to rotate different guys all year. he fills that hole and gets us 5 guys that are go time every week. but as far as the later rounds Id go something like this.

    1st round Warmack
    3rd round Tony Jefferson
    4th round Jamar Taylor
    5th round Aaron Dobson
    6th round Brad Madison
    7th round Jake Stoneburner

I like Dobson alot, Im not real sure we need another reciever but Im sure MoMass days are limited I think Dobson, Little, Gordon, Benjamin spreads the field nicely and cn make up for some of Weedens mistakes until we can replace him. Heres a little look atthe kid since not alot of people get to see amny marshall games. But hes a stud coming out of there just like Bradshaw but without a fumblin problem.

I think we'll find another receiver in free agency. We need a veteran presence among our young core at that position, in my opinion.

Ya I love Little, Gordon and travis. Add a vet and a raw young talent later in the draft and I'm good.

If we stay at 6 then i want Te'o or Dee Milliner. Both I feel are sure things.
