If Melton wasn't so damn valuable to the defense, I'd really love to see him playing some offensive snaps again ala the fridge. Combining Melton, E-Rod, and Bush in the backfield for goal line or something would just be dirty.

I am not the biggest Te'o fan in the world but if he falls to number 20 I think that is a hard player to pass up. I don't think Te'o is going to be great in the pro's but I think he is going to be a good player for a very long time and that is def worth the 20th pick overall.

I am surprised that there are not more concerns about Barrett Jones foot injury. If he can't perform at the combine, maybe and it's a big maybe, he falls to us in the 2nd round.

It is a Lisfranc injury, just like Conte, Schaub, Benson, etc have all gone through. It is a bad injury but it isn't a ligament issue. He has 8 months to heal and the pre-draft stuff is for skill positions. His 3 years of outstanding tape far outweigh anything he would have done in pre-draft workouts. I doubt it affects him. In fact I think he benefits from it from a perception standpoint for having played through the pain and performed up to par.

I don't think Hardin plays LB either, I was only asking if it was conceivable. Debo showed a 3-4 year old picture and I showed a more recent one. He has the frame for it, that's all I was getting at.

I'd love to turn Hardin into a physical corner or Safety like the guys they have in SEA. He has the size, but i dunno about the speed.

Hardin could easily be that, if not more, with 15 lbs.

I tried to show a picture of him in a football-ready position. The point I was trying to make was Hardin's legs are tiny as **** for a LB. While Roach is lighter, his legs are stacked:

That's why I'm predisposed to thinking Hardin couldn't cut it at LB anytime soon (and it's probably not that good of an idea to move him there, anyway, as it'd be a complete body/style change in order to make him work at LB).

He was taking some snaps as a short yardage back in tc iirc
