Jesus vs Satan pt 2? (aka Tebow Vs Sanchez)

Idzik saying he may stick around
Interesting. I would actually be ok with it if they gave him a real shot. No worse than Quinn -Gerrard- Russell

Has never played a full quarter and was blammed for last season. Rex will never give him a chance, he is such a biased coach.

I agree with your thought. But I wonder if Idzik tells him something different or maybe Rex knows that he needs some kind of answer or change.
If the Jets can't get anything for him, I wonder if they keep him and he gets a chance.

I'd still try and trade him, don't make me about to be a supporter I agree that he is very much a distraction with his following. It would of been nice to actually seen him get a chance last year though.

I'm going to be so sad if Tebow is on the roster next year.

Agreed. But what would you take for him. If someone offered a 6 or 7? I'd rather give him a shot. IF someone offers a 5, I'd take it.

Theres no point of having him. If we dont think he can start, there is literally no point of keeping him. We are going away from the WC and we don't need the headache he comes with.

I dont hate Tebow but there is no point of keeping him,

I think Idzik said this to hopefully force a team to trade for Tebow if they want him.

I'd take a 5th. He is still a system player that can perform in the wildcat (even though it was a little dissapointing last year, but they barely let him pass).

Do you guys think the new OC will implement some type of wildcat with or without Tebow this year? Kerly has shown he can make it effective.

If we don't get a 5 for him, let him try.
I'd be curious if new OC wants him, at all.
If he does stick, I hope he gets a real chance.
Hopefully we get a 5 and it's not an issue

Agreed. He is worth more then a 6th and 7th. It would be better for the team if he is dealt though, won't have to deal with all those bs fans. I hope we can get a 5th.

Yes sadder than Quinn and Garrard, with Garrard being significantly better. Everyone seems to forgot that Garrard was a very decent QB when he was healthy with the Jags for a few seasons. He was mobile enough to keep defenses honest, and was a pretty good passer. Now obviously everything hinges on his health, but if he ends up being okay to play hes a better option than anyone else we can afford.

New York Jets: 1-3 soon to be 1-4

I'd rather have Brady Quinn as our starting QB next year than Tebow.

Honestly, I'd rather have whoever is truly the best option. The guy that gives us the best chance to win on a consistent basis is who I'd want. Even if it's Sanchez.
They really aren't bringing in any other competition. If Quinn comes in a shocks me, I will be thrilled.
There isn't too much available so pickings are slim
