    NonGiants Football Discussion

Figured this would be good to have to talk about the playoffs and etc.

Any teams you are rooting for now?

Always a Seattle fan and my in-laws are diehard Broncos fans so I'll be rooting for Peyton.

No sacks for Watt or Smith today. Strahan's (debatable) record stands!

Glad to see the Redskins in the playoffs. They've been the doormat in our division long enough. No Cowboys in the playoffs so I can't complain

Man, I'm glad that I am not a Broncos and Seahawks fan right now. Both teams had those wins sealed. We will never know what Broncos Safety Rahim Moore was thinking. Even C.C. Brown wouldn't be that dumb, would he?????

And what is the rationale behind the prevent defense? What makes a DC justify using the prevent defense? I know we have seen our fair share of the prevent, especially under Tim Lewis. I think he played prevent on everydown. But anyways, the Seahawks finally comepletely shutdown the falcons in the fourth quarter. The falcons couldn't do anything in the end. So instead of doing what has been working, what did they decide to do? Oh yeah, give the falcons the entire middle of field while not putting any pressure on Matt Ryan. You can give credit to the Falcons all you want, but even Ryan Leaf would have found the open man against that defense.

So now that the champioship games are set, who do you guys think are going to win? My guess is that it will be a Patriots/Whiners Super Bowl.

Well.....that sucked. Was rooting for Seattle and Denver. There's no teams left that I want to root for....just players to root for like Tony G getting a ring or the Niners front 7 who deserve one....Ravens are cool.
