Agree with all, but doubt Locklear comes back after that injury when they can find another cheap veteran flex tackle.

Hard to say though. If they're serious about guys like Webster, Boley and Tuck having to take a paycut or be cut, that could change a lot here.

This thread leaves such a sour taste in my mouth.
But I guess you can't win the Superbowl every year.
Will enjoy partaking in the discussion about how this team can improve.

With that, Beatty and Andre Brown are the biggest resignings right now.
If Andre Brown is really an ERFA, just bring him back on that tender. He's a tailback. A good one, but not an elite one. You'll basically get a free year out of him while Wilson develops and if at that point we feel he's worth the risk, re-sign him.

He's not a veteran flex tackle lol. He was our best offensive lineman this year. He should be back as a starter unless we draft an immediate starter at tackle.

With their stubborn committment to Diehl for most of the year, that's what Locklear was most days though. He's solid, but I gotta wonder if Diehl's horribleness made him look better than he is. Gotta see what timetable he has on that injury too. I don't want to be missing our RT through preseason. And if they're not ready to give it to Brewer than it might be time to cut ties with him and invest a little money into the oline via FA.

It really didn't make him look better than he is though. He played next to a very good Chris Snee (when he wasn't hurt) and opposite a Beatty who played very well this year. Locklear was awesome this year at LT and RT and I want him back and Diehl gone. Diehl is seriously the most I've ever seen a RT cost their team its absurd.

Wonder if they'll have the balls to cut him. Doubt it.

They really aren't that bad. And if you look at the list of the FA LBs there really isn't much better out there to pick up. The draft is our only hope to upgrade.

Numbers don't lie only you and some giants fan do to make yourself feel better about the loss your team has coming up.

...disappointed we didn't make the playoffs but not totally pissed off because we won the SB last year.

    With that being said....we weren't a bad team....just inconsistent.

You don't dismantle a team fresh off a SB victory. We need to bring back as many players as we can...Im against replacing the coaching staff(with the exception of Spags)because we need to stay familiar with each other so we can take advantage of next year's SB location. A new coaching staff will need time to gel.

Our coaching staff deserve a chance to correct our second half collapses. We have a solid football team and lots of motivation going into next season.

ELI MANNING.... 2X SB MVP....2X SB CHAMPION!
