Which player would get you any other player in trade?

I think only 2 guys. but if those two teams trading with each other I dont think they would do the trade. I think Trout and Kershaw are the only 2 players than any team would trade any one of their players straight up for. Agree/ disagree or add your own.

I think Dodgers wouldnt trade Kershaw straight up for Trout because we have Kemp. Angles wont trade Trout for Kershaw because they are hoping he becomes Kemp if not better all around. Other players like Verlander I think Tigers would trade him straight up for either.

The Angels won't trade Mike Trout because they hope he becomes Matt Kemp? No, the Angels won't trade Mike Trout because they hope he becomes Mickey Mantle.

    More like Willie Mays

    Mantle battled too many injuries.

And I don't think Kershaw has the trade value of Trout.

Kershaw is two years from free agency and is going to fight for a record contract, and he is a pitcher. Pitchers trade values are higher than position players, unless they are elite position players like Trout or Cabrera caliber.

I would say Trout and Harper are the highest trade valued players. Each are so young, so far from free agency, cost controlled, and could become elite hall of fame legends. Their value vs cost is the highest in the game, and would take the most to get.

I would rather trade for Strasburg than Kershaw at this point, simply because of the years of control and cost stand point. And their values are close, and likely will remain that for the near future. So take the cheaper option.

None of these guys will be moved of course, but playing hypotheticals certainly.

There's a few. Kershaw, Trout, Stanton and Harper would top my list.

Top and probably finish the list, and Kershaw might not even be on there.

Trout and Harper. No Stanton- Marlins would trade him for either of those other two on the merit of lower service time.

    Trout and Verlander.
    Favourite Teams:

Boston Red Sox: 46-52, games this week vs. Blue Jays (4), Rays (3)
Indianapolis Colts: Good draft and off-season so far.
Looking for new NBA team to cheer for
Ottawa Senators: 37-31-14, season over, free agency begins this week.

The only answer is Trout. At this present time there is no logical way the Angels trade him. Kershaw can happen, even with how good he is. Case in point, Dodgers would trade him for Trout.

A bunch of you didn't understand the question and listed multiple people. The question asked for 1 player and that answer is Trout. The reason is he's a superstar player already and will be under team control for so long. Other superstars are already making a lot of money and are not as good of a value as Trout is.

What I would do is of no baring on the Intended question, and it would depend on my need. On our team? You could trade either and make a case. We have pitching, need an OF and a star bat, plus he is u d&r team co from for days. So may e trade Kershaw. If we had Trout, and traded for Kershaw, our staff would be nearly unhittable. So yes.
