    PPV of the Year

While I was looking over Match of the Year contenders something sparked in me to ask what everyone would think was the best PPV of 2012 based on how good all the matches on the card were we have:

    Royal Rumble
    Elimination Chamber
    Wrestlemania
    Extreme Rules
    Over The Limit
    No Way Out
    Money In The Bank
    Summerslam
    Night of Champions
    Hell in the Cell
    Survivor Series
    And TLC

Out of them which put on the best matches and don't try to let one match pull you unless it has to the deciding factor for you also feel free to say which was worst as well personally IMO I feel Extreme Rules did the best overall and Elimination Chamber was horrible

    WM for me.
Taker vs trips was a great match ad stands out to me.
    Rock vs cena was ok
DB losing in 18 secs was the only moment all year I was cussing at my CPU saying **** you wwe **** you.
The anticipation of Brock who never showed.

Wrestlemania for me as well. The first half of the show was pretty meh but the last half was hot. Taker-HHH-HBK, Rock-Cena, and Y2J-Punk were fantastic.

TLC for me, I know one match shouldn't be the deciding factor but that six man tag TLC match just WOW. That really was the match of the year in my eyes.

Also enjoyed the tag team tables match between Rhodes Scholars vs. Rey/Sin Cara, that was a solid opener to the PPV.

I liked WrestleMania a lot, figured I'd give some love to Extreme Rules which had a few awesome matches including Sheamus v Daniel Bryan in 2 out of 3 falls match for WHC, Jericho v Punk in a Chicago street fight for WWE title and of course Brock Lesnar's return match against Cena in the extreme rules brawl.

All three of those matches were fantastic and out of 8 total matches on the card for a 3hr show, those 3 took up an hour of it, maybe a little more...good booking there.

^ Yes Extreme Rules for me too. Those three matches made it great. Mania had Trips/Taker but I really didnt like the card overall. TLC had the 6 man and Zigs/Cena.

So for me its Extreme Rules then TLC.

Summerslam was ok as well and Rumble always for the Rumble.

Otherwise the other PPV's were horrid and unwatchable for me. 2012 was one of the worst years for WWE PPV's in a long time...

My favorite every year is always the Rumble and I was pretty disappointed in that. Actually most of the ppvs have been pretty disappointing this year. I voted for TLC. I'm sure part of it is because it's freshest in my mind, but I also had no expectations for it and it was really solid with a few good to great matches.

Maybe since it was the only PPV I watched, but I say Wrestlemania. Although I wasn't thrilled with the Daniel Bryan and Sheamus match. HIAC could of worked if there was more than 1 HIAC match.
