We opted for the better player in Deron and Dwight still wants us. Dont know if it's going to happen considering his attitude.

I can see Phil having interest in the Nets. I'm not sure he should still be coaching, but if he want to, fine. If he want to run the organization and bring in Brian Shaw as th coach, fine.

I think th team right now would fit a Mike D system better, so I still think Phil Weber would be a better choice in h near term, but Phil running the organization would be better in the long term.

Nets dont have the right pieces for Phil? The teams that Phil went to those players didnt make their careers untill Phil coached them.... MJ wasnt MJ untill Phil was his coach, same with Kobe. Phil would take these players to new heights.
