I ve said this before but i really think giving up and trading Nova now could be a huge mistake. I know alot of people are down on him because of the way he finished last yr but most all good young starters struggle at some point mostly in their 2nd yr. He has good mechanics, above average and can flash plus stuff plus he's young and cheap. I doubt he'll ever be the #2 some had hoped he'd be but i don't see any reason he couldn't bounce back and be a solid 3-4 innings eater type. Were going to need pitchers like that and for the price were paying him its tough to beat.
As for Cano i could definately see the Dodgers offering him what he want but he is the best 2nd baseman in baseball. It just seem stupid to me to let him walk for a pick when we could get 2-3 very good prospects for him and a couple of flyers
Faced with the possibility of losing Pettitte, Kuroda, Huges,, and Joba at the same time makes me feel we should keep Nova for the moment.

I would love to try and get something for Granderson and Hughes. Even Cano I would not mind seeing what we can get although I don't see Cano getting moved

Should be a telling year for Nova, like its been said.
He's shown flashes and he's still only 25, he has a short window before his prime.
Nova is the greatest ever. 18-4 this year.
