    Jimmer Fredette potential MIP?

He has played absolutely fantastic this season, he is currently in the top 25 in PER And TS%. He is obviously our most efficient player as he's knocking in almost 96% of his FTA. Should Jimmer get more minutes? and how is he not in the MIP discussion?

    What do you guys think?

I must eat crow. He has been absolutely fantastic.

He won't win MIP because as long as Smart is coach he won't play enough, but the amount he took upon himself to improve is amazing. We really need him out there.

He would be in the discussion if he got more playing time. He deserves more playing time more so then any other player struggling to get mins. He's been great for us.

Hate to say it, but told ya'll!!!!

He absolutely deserves more playing time, he's the most efficient scorer on the Kings.

    Keith Smart and 8 wins.
So Anna, what do you think about the notion that Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck?

It seems like he's hitting every one of his floaters, I love that he added that to his game. Everyone counted him out last year, and he's proving everyone wrong. He's not the most athletic, but he's a smart basketball player... which is what the Kings need, HIGH IQ PLAYERS.

There's no way he gets Most Improved, because no one watches Sacrament Kings basketball. Kings get no exposure, and with the bull$h!t minutes he's getting there's just no way.

He should definitely be getting those minutes, but the main issue is our unbalanced roster. We get rid of 1 of our PG, then the problem is solved.

I don't think Petrie understands the concept of a balanced roster, especially when we have 4 Small Forwards, 2 undersized Power Forwards, and 3 Point Guards that aren't distributors.

Tonights game makes me think Jimmer and Thomas will be seeing their playing time go up. Down the stretch both were in the game while Thorton and Brooks was on the bench.

I am really thinking the Kings are shopping Thorton and Tyreke. Tyreke won't get much trade action until he gets some games under his belt.

Yes, but by far IT was the worst, and this isn't the first time this season IT has posted
More shot attempts than points while shooting more than 10 shots, and having more turnovers than assists, and it's not like he didn't get the minutes, he played 27 minutes (which ties for the 2nd most in that game)
He isn't forcing turnovers and is hell bent on chucking 3's and getting smushed by the defender., Him and DMC have easily been the most disappointing players on the team this season, glad he decided to suck now though, instead of waiting to give him a stupid contract.

He just simply isn't a pass first PG and it really shows in his TOV% and Asst% which are practically identical.

Jimmer's not a great passer. He's solid. We're just so used to nobody that passes that he seems better than he really is.
