Henne is crap. He hasn't had a passer rating as high as Gabbert's was this year in any of his five seasons in the league. I think the verdict is in on Chad.

How about we talk about production? Gabbert has been near if not at the bottom every year. He has a hard time having more than 200 yards in a game, that's all that needs to be said.

I'm not a guy that's gung ho about stats, but when you struggle to hit the 200 yard mark in a game, you don't belong in this league.

"Every year"? Like a year and a half? Of which he was thrown into action without a training camp, had all of his recievers fail or get hurt, went through several different postion coaches, head coaches, general managers and owners. While playing hurt most of the time.

Most those other hotshots you guys pimp up would be quivering wrecks in the same situation.

Look at what Dalton and Newton did in their FIRST YEAR. Look what Luck, RGIII, and Wilson are doing in their FIRST YEAR. Stop with the "he's young, it was only his 2nd year in the league". This is a new NFL, QB's are doing more in their first couple years than ever before. Guess who isn't? Blaine Gabbert.

He had better numbers than Luck and is younger. The others are gadget QBs. League will catch up to them soon enough.

How'd he have better numbers than luck? Passer rating is far from telling the whole story, checking down like he does inflates that statistic.

League didn't have to catch up to Gabbert ever...he was awful when he started playing and continues to be after improving marginally this year. He'd have to improve a ton, literally, to be just a starting caliber qb.

Better numbers this year. Luck the Floating Duck wimped out of the draft last year, remember. He has probably peaked anyway, he's been coached by NFL quarterbacks since he was in diapers. Gabbert has a lot of upside left.

actually its because Henne actually threw the Ball to him and Gabbert didnt.

55 targets in 9 games with Gabbert. 26 catches 250 yards 1 td

78 targets in 7 games with Henne. 38 catches 615 yards 4 tds.

You keep twisting the stats. Gabbert played less than a quarter COMBINED in two of those games. Your information is worthless and will be summarily disregarded from now on. Save yourself the time and effort.
