A win would tie us in the standings with Denver. I like this team now that Nash is back.

    What What!!

This is the one place where playing Kobe and Metta how they were played today, no second half rest, will bite us in the ***.

With Nash we always have a chance to win against every team. We are not ready for ELITE teams yet Heat, Thunder, Spurs, Clipps but we should be able to beat anyone else now. We just need to continue to build chemistry now, continue to get these guys playing together, and get Howard and Nash 100%.

If we could move Gasol for a good SF and a solid back-up center we would be great. Derrick Williams and Pek please

Both teams on a back to back and playing in denver
    - Nash vs Lawson
    - Altitude
    - Got to contain those energy guys (mcgee, fareid, iguodala)
    - Make a defensive statement!!!!

Tough game, especially due to the fact that the Lakers are an older team and are playing in a higher altitude. They have to limit Denver's transition game, control the tempo, limit turnovers and outrebound the Nuggets if they want to win...... They also need to get off to a good start and not play uphill all game long.

I am thinking the same thing also, just hope the Lakers' bench can provide a spark and that Dwight comes to play tomorrow. Hopefully LA can make it 6 in row... All of that said, the Lakers need better depth so that guys like Ron and Kobe don't have to play so many mins. night in and night out.

as long as denver doesn't go on one of their 10 nothing runs, keep the game close until the end, I think we have a chance

Even if we had depth they would still play alot of minutes. D'antoni has always been known for over playing his starters, particularly his stars. Something we have to get used to, kobe playing the most minutes in his career at 34 years old.

That is going to have to change if the Lakers want to win in the playoffs.
