    Best SG In NY?

All the talk of how great BK's backcourt would be, and how BK had a big advantage at SG.

I ask, is Joe Johnson even the best SG in NY?

JR Smith at $2.8m IMO is having a better season.

JJ has the edge in PPG, but he also plays about 7MPG more.

In significantly less playing time JR is rebounding alot more, getting to the FT line more, turning it over less, and actually averaging more PPG PER 36, to go along with a higher PER.

Joe Johnson makes JR's shot selection and tendency to overdribble look good.
The value of elite scoring ability, by Phil Jackson:

"This is a guy, we recognize his talent, and his skill is the kind of skill and talent that gets you through playoff games where things get sticky, grind-out, and basketball becomes a force game and suddenly you need to have a player who has the capabilities of scoring with someone hanging on them in a situation thats critical. Hes one of those players, one of the few players who can do that.

I actually don't think it's an unfair comparison right now. Neither is really someone I want as a #2 option right now
