Oh so THATS what it was about!

    lmfao

    Just kidding.

Laura Dern is like my favorite ever and she only had, like, 2 scenes..

I have to watch it again because it was insanely incoherent and choppy. (I don't necessarily mean in a bad way) Great performances though and as always PTAs movies are gorgeous to look at.

This was a handful of years ago, but 21 Grams with Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro, and Naomi Watts was fantastic.

Do you guys feel Batman Begins was better than the Dark Knight? I have it at the second best of the trilogy

One of the most overused sayings on this forum

"and its not even close" When in reality it is quite close.

    All three are 10/10's, though.

Batman Begins is one of the best movies i've ever seen, period. I could honestly take or leave the sequels..

I meant second best of the trilogy for batman begins. I don't know why I typed third. I loved the Dark knight, TDKR was third by a fair margin. It was still worth watching but not on the level of the other two

I would rank them in the order they were made. Batman Begins is the only movie I can remember seeing multiple times in the theatres.

    There Will Be Blood

DDL with another epic performance, Eli a great antagonist, and a soundtrack composed by Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood.

I feel the same, TDK and Rises were not nearly as complete as BB but were still good movies.

Is There Will Be Blood underrated though? Didn't it win a bunch of awards?

It is an amazing film though. Eli

Lost Best Picture and Best Score... but in general it was a masterpiece that is only #173 on IMDB's list.
