Dude, the Skins and Boys circumvented the cap. It's pretty obvious.

Regardless, it's been a long while and congrats on winning the East. Fans down in Washington are great and they deserve this one. The owner is still a prick but the fans deserve this one. Congrats.

It might involve more waiting. It might involve moving in one direction or another. We've done plenty of watching and waiting. If we can move in a particular direction, we might do that."

3 players doesnt require you to play practice squad players lol

The halftime crew said Cowboys had more talent injured since the 1986 Bears.

There was no cap to circumvent. The skins and boys did nothing wrong, but whatever it is what it is now.

You ignored the rules then if you believe that. The Miles Austin and Albert Haynesworth deals were through the roof for one season and dropped off a cliff the next. All teams were warned, only two arrogant teams didn't listen. That's a fact.

    they circumvented the cap?

in an uncapped year with no specific rules, and approved signed contracts from the nfl

stupidest punishment ever but john mara has pull with the league so he got the sanctions

funny how the jets did alot of the same things yet they got by because there not in the nfc east

There either was a cap, or there was not a cap. That's a fact.

The NFL approved all contracts that were signed. If there was anything wrong with them NFL would have rejected them. Many teams did it. The Boys and Skins only got penalized bc they were in the NFC east.

You failed to do your research. All contracts are approved by the NFL yet the percentage couldn't rise or fall so dramatically (spike) for one year. You must missed that one too.

It's whatever man. The fact is that the NFC East is the toughest in the league. We're the only division that can claim a different champ in the last 4 years. NFC Beast

And what about teams like Tampa that spent way under the cap & weren't fined?

    was never a written rule

only reason the nflpa signed off on it is because they were blackmailed by the nfl owners

if they rejected it the cap would have dropped and there would have been less money in play

Rules are Rules - do some research.

But while most teams opted not to break the bank in a season without a banker, the NFL instructed teams not to use the uncapped years as a way to dump money in order to ensure that cap numbers in years with a salary cap would be lower.
