The bears offense is so bad it makes me chuckle. First cutler was the savior. Then marshall. Yet theu still have one of the worst offenses in the league.

You are right in this, and I'm a Bears fan. They are good at creating turnovers, but you can't rely on that an entire season and the Bears are proof of it.

You have to be able to move the ball and since about the mid point of the season they haven't done either enough to compete with playoff teams

It's cool, it's just sickening to hear the only thing on the Vikings is about AP. Yeah he friggen awesome, but our defense is the unsung hero of our season, they've been amazing for us. But I'm done this thread isn't about the Vikings lol.

I don't understand the bears I've been a fan for 32 yrs and we've totally stank and I still watched but my gripe is our offense we have a qb we have a running back that's hurt again great bell is back and a strong runner my issue is cutler needs to throw to more than Marshall every great team has more than one rec and we have more than one Jeffrey Bennett Hester on slants and 2 huge tight ends but can't get a trucking and playing catch up all the time I agree the offensive line is coming together finally but to be this close it just sucks every year same crap we dominate for 3-5 games in a row and fall on our rears does anyone feel this

The offensive struggles have nothing to do with talent...there's definitely some talent there with Cutler, Forte & Marshall. But the O-line is still a mess and has been that way for 3 years and Mike Tice is in way over his head as a playcaller.

Even if we sneak into the Playoffs, we're not going far with such a bland, predictable offensive approach.

As a Bears fan, I really hope it's the end of the Lovie era whether they make the Playoffs or not. You have to have a capable offense to realistically compete for a Super Bowl these days and the Bears have rarely had one during Lovie's tenure.
