Had the flu for about a week and a half, and i lost 6lbs. Just when I got better, I ended up getting t-boned by a drunk driver, and now my doctor has told me not to touch any weights till I get therapy on my shoulders and neck.

Everyone is dropping like flies lol. I missed 10 days, went back for 4 and now i'll likely be out for another 10. Should have asked for an immune system for Christmas :/ lol

Would taking multi's while you're sick help any? When I get sick to the point I can't go to the gym I avoid all my supps.
