Tennessee Vols QB Bray in Draft

As a Vols/Jets fan living in New York, I wondered if he'd be a good choice if available when the Jets pick next April? 3600+ yards, 34 touchdowns with a big arm. Played on a bad team, so never had any wins in "big games". Completion rate under 60%, but has played 3 years against the best teams in college football.

With lack of QBs in the 2013 draft willl he be a top pick?

Sounds like a bad bit, theres no way we can handle another QB with less than 60% completion. Problem is college is slower than the NFL, If your playing bad there the NFL odds are you will be worse, but hey anything can happen.

Exactly what I was going to say. Sub 60% in college thats a huge red flag.

Seems like todays NFL is gearing more toward's the athletic high accuracy guys. Rg3, Wilson ,Kapernick are all having success. Hopefully Jets go in this type of direction.

Guys like Andrew Luck dont come around very often.

To me Qb's like that are like the wildcat, cool for awhile till some DC Stops it. I'd rather have a traditional QB with good athletic ability not one who depends on it! Peyton has been in the league how long and DC still cant stop him and the guy is a statue back there lol.

I think 99% agree. I know I do. The thing is how many Peyton Mannings are out there?

It is soooo much harder to hit on a Peyton type QB than it is to find an Rg3 type.

I long for the day the Jets can land that "Franchise" QB. Jets are due its been a looooong time since the Jets have had an above avg QB.

Maybe this draft is the one!!

Inaccurate and immature. I wouldn't touch him unless he was a 5th-6th rounder.

I don't care who plays QB in 2013....draft, trade, free agency...just get me a QB who can accurately hit WRs in stride, can read a defense and knows how to move the chains!!!

I would take just about every other QB in this year's draft before Tyler Bray the guy just reminds me too much of Sanchez. I really like Dysert from Miami (OH) and Ryan Nassib from Syracuse

Well to be honest there are more Qb's that fit that mold Peyton was just the one who came to mind first. Brady, Rodgers, Brees.... To name a few style Qb's I would die to have.
