I would have to say Rusty Kuntz or Stubby Clapp but Rusty is such a common word down south.

Still cant get over how someone's mom had the audacity to give their kid the first name of Rusty with the last name Kuntz.

Outspoken has-beens playing on bad teams generally don't work out well. He'd be a nightmare with the NYC media and a poor example for the youngsters in the clubhouse. I could envision Wright punching him out in the dugout by May.

I might be in the minority here, but I say why not to Nyger Morgan.

I don't think he is as bad a teammate as people make him out to be.

Is he bat **** crazy? Yes.

But, he is a decent ballplayer when he is playing well (he is a very streaky player), and if the cost is very cheap, then I say why not.

If he can duplicate his 2011 and 2009 seasons, he will be worth the crazy that he brings to the club house.

If he duplicates his 2012 and 2010 seasons, he will not be worth it, but it will be a low risk financially and I'd have to imagine it would only be a one year deal anyway.

So yeah...I am in favor of signing him to a very cheap, one year deal.

This might sound bad but I'd rather role with almost no OF like we have right now and see what our young guys can do. We aren't going to compete this yr anyway. I wouldn't mind getting another high draft pick next yr. We're setting ourselves up pretty well for the future.
