    I agree with KB.

Sizemore would cost practically nothing...have him come in when he healthy mid season and see what you got. We are running out Mike Baxter, Lucas Duda, etc...whats wrong with Grady?

Just because we sign Sizemore doesn't mean we wont go after another OF.

    100% for this.

IF he is healthy come mid-season this would be a good pickup for this Mets Outfield.

Potentially getting Sizemore, Wheeler, D'arnaud in June would be three solid additions.

also... Could he be much worse than Kirk, Baxter, Cowgill, Duda?

I really wish he was ready from day 1, but I'd still take him. If he comes back and has a great half we'd probably get priority on him at the end of the year. I'd do it

He will cost next to nothing.

    Why not make this move.

Its a zero risk, high reward move.

^^ The question we must ask ourselves is, do we really feel comfortable sharing a locker room with this guy? ^^

It's only a high reward if the guy has knees left. There is no DH in the N.L. so he'd be patrolling the outfield in Citi which is no small task. I don't know what's wrong with acquiring able-bodied players instead of signing guys fresh off the operating table who come dirt cheap.

There is no reward with Sizemore, he's nothing but a flashy name at this point.

He'd be a perfect fit for the Mets.

Sizemore had successful microfracture surgery on his left knee in 2010. Now he needs it on the right knee.

Even if he can give us only half a season, well worth it.

Don't understand the uproar at minor signings.
